We are making improvements to our service for you!

We have decided to bring everything back in house where we have complete control over quality.  Looking to the future of those that rely on us for their protection we could not see any other way to provide that security for you.

Most of you I have already spoken to, the last few I will be contacting you today with an update on what is taking place and our mission for the future.  You will also be receiving a letter today or tomorrow depending on the postal service delivery times that also explains everything.  For our records, to document you understand we have made this change, we will need you to return the attached letter with your autograph in the enclosed stamp envelope.
